All developers have years of experience working with sprint teams that communicate primarily in English. In some cases, where the developer is a great match technically but is less fluent in spoken English, we’ll assign one of our development coordinators to help bridge any communication challenges. However, in our extensive experience of remote teamwork, over 95% of communication is conducted in written form such as Slack/Team/Skype chats, user stories, diagrams, and Jira tickets.

What can I do if I have issues with my developer?

If you aren’t satisfied with your developer’s performance at any time, let us know, and we’ll either help to quickly resolve the issue, or we’ll provide a replacement for you.

Who owns the IP created by my JetDevs developers?

As the preferred provider of remote development teams to both funded startups and public corporations, JetDevs understands the critical importance of IP rights and protection. Unlike most tech staffing companies, we fully assign IP rights to you, the client, for all work created by your contracted JetDevs team upon payment of invoices. JetDevs will also sign confidentially agreements with you prior to any development to ensure protection of your existing intellectual property.
