Advanced Customer Portal (ACP) is a web application developed using open source technologies and is accessible through web or mobile browser. It provides features like online bill payment, billing, usages, postpaid/prepaid servicesfor any authenticated account usersand web self-care for un-authenticated users. Also enable authenticated users to upgrade/downgrade/move existing services.

● Responsible for end-to-end web application testing.
● Working in 3 weeks sprints in Agile methodology.
● Understand the functional requirements and prepare test cases.
● Involved in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity testing and identify the defects.
● Prepare Defect Report at the end of each Sprint.
● Working in Web services using Testing tool called Postman client.

The Mobile Broadband (MBB) Portal is a web application developed using open source technologies, and shall be accessed on a variety of devices like laptops, desktops, tabs and smart phones through web browser. The MBB Portal will be available on the internet, and shall be accessed by End users, and +Portal Administrators.

● Working in sprints in scrum methodology.
● Understand the functional requirements and giving knowledge transfer to the team members.
● Participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss about the completed & pending assignments
● Involved in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity testing and identify the defects.
● Working in Web services using Testing tool called Postman client.

The E-Receipting project involves in Customer payment of the Premium via various modes of payment such as Credit card, Debit card, Cheque and cash. The payment made is initiated through two types of search i.e. Policy search and name search. Further it also handles the generation of receipt for the payment made by the customers.

● Understanding the client requirements and project functionalities
● Coordinating with the business and development team to identify the flow of application
● Preparation of Test Scenarios
● Preparation of test cases based on the specifications
● Involved in Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Retesting and Regression Testing
● Detecting bugs & classifying them based on the severity and priority
● Login the defects in bug tracking tool and verify the defects logged by other teammates
● Developed Defect Summary Report and Test Summary Report once the testing is done for every iteration
● Interacted with the development team to resolve the issue
● Involved in preparation of test logs and status reports
● Involved in weekly update meetings
